Please choose carefully. If you ordered the incorrect product for your needs (see IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER) or changed your mind, Your Local Pool Shop will not be liable and a refund may not be made. Please note that customers will be responsible for ALL postage and handling costs. Chemicals, paint, and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

If the returns policy criteria are met, the goods must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase after obtaining a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No item will be accepted for return without this number. We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be UNUSED, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. All freight costs for returned goods are at the expense of the purchaser.

• All returns are subject of Restocking fee of up to 20%.
• Our handling fees and costs of shipping of the item are non-refundable.

Your Local Pool Shop recommends you seek on-site assistance from your local qualified pool professional prior to any purchase to find a suitable product for your pool. Due to the huge variety and complexity of pool systems and pool products, it is not possible for your local Pool Shop to have full knowledge or complete details of your pool system. We cannot accept responsibility for merchandise that is not compatible, or does not function with your system. If in doubt, we always recommend that the buyer contact the manufacturers directly before the purchase to determine that the product will be suitable in their environment. All pool equipment should be installed by a qualified pool technician and the buyer assumes all responsibility without exception, outside of a manufacturer's stated return policy or warranty.

All products sold at Your Local Pool Shop come with a manufacturer warranty. In the event you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product and contact manufacturer directly. Please contact us by e-mail if you require assistance.

Your Local Pool Shop does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Your Local Pool Shop expressly disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell.

If the item has to be returned to Your Local Pool Shop, manufacturer or manufacturers warranty agent in order to be serviced or replaced under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping, handling or transportation charges of the product.
